Yogurt Shake

3 c. cold low fat or skim milk
1 (4-serving) pkg. sugar-free instant pudding (any flavor)
1 (8-oz.) container plain low fat yogurt
1 c. crushed ice
1 med. banana, cut into chunks OR 1/2 c. sliced strawberries

Combine all ingredients in blender in order given; cover. Blend at high speed for 1 minute. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 9 servings.
