Crumb Cake

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. shortening

Mix like pie dough and save 1/2 cup for top.

To the rest of the mixture add:

2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 c. sour milk
1 c. raisins (optional)

Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
