1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream (or buttermilk)
1/2 tsp chives
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Whisk all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
