4 cups half and half
6 cups “whole” milk
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually. Beat until thickened. Add rest of ingredients. You fill up with milk after all ingredients have been put ice cream freezer. (It shows you where the “line” is on he can.)
