3/4 tsp Hidden Valley Mix
1 cup plain yogurt or
1 cup low cal cottage cheese
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp dry onions or chives
If using yogurt, blend all ingredients and chill until flavors blend.

If using cottage cheese, blend cheese in blender until smooth. Add dry ingredients and 1 tsp lemon juice. Chill well.
